Apple has reached agreements with several major publishers

By capturing relevant news content to train generative AI systems.

Apple’s goal is to reach multi-year agreements with these major publishers, and has already approached Condé Nast, NBC News and IAC.

The proposed deal amount is at least $50 million, according to the report.

Multiple sources revealed that Apple has tested the “AppleGPT” chatbot internally and plans to introduce new AI features in iOS 18.
