The most strategic ambition is the Copilot upgrade. In addition to the ChatGPT-like Windows Copilot displayed yesterday, Team and a Copilot Studio were also released.

Team can serve as your team partner; help you organize meetings, manage projects and schedules; and automate the daily secretarial work of the team

Studio is an Agent design tool that allows your office software and SaaS tools to be automated; for example, an “order processing” Copilot can complete the entire process from receiving orders to processing orders, intelligently recommending replacement out-of-stock items to shipping.

Now Google Agent and Microsoft Copilot are working hard to help everyone reduce labor costs and replace junior knowledge jobs with AI.

Microsoft Copilot Studio:

At Microsoft Build 2024, there are a series of powerful new features in Microsoft Copilot Studio that you can use to create your own custom co-pilot or extend the Microsoft Copilot experience with your own enterprise data and scenarios.

The first is Copilot, which can now act as an independent agent that can be triggered by events rather than just conversations, and can automate and orchestrate complex, long-running business processes with more autonomy and less human intervention.

With these capabilities, Copilot is evolving from those who work with you to those who work for you. They can be designed to handle specific roles or functions, such as IT, marketing, sales, customer success and finance across industries, including travel, retail and financial services.

IT service desk. IT support is complex and involves bills, order numbers, approvals and inventory levels. Opening and closing tickets can be a long-term task that lasts for days. Copilot can now handle this process, interact with IT service management applications, resolve IT tickets through context and memory, create device update purchase orders, and contact and obtain manager approval-all independently

Personal concierge sales and services. Balancing achieving a superior customer experience with achieving ambitious revenue goals can be challenging. When Copilot provides services to guests, it can use the memory of previous conversations with guests to remember their preferences, make reservations, process complaints and answer questions about the products and services provided. Copilot learns from interactions and proposes new ways to handle customer scenarios. By doing so, Copilot can increase upsales and attachment rates, increase the resort’s revenue, while improving guest experience, satisfaction and repeat customers.
