The Fund invests primarily in U.S. large-cap growth stocks, using quantitative investment methods and risk management methods in stock selection and portfolio construction, striving to achieve long-term capital appreciation.

Investment scope

  • The Fund may invest in the following financial products or instruments: bank deposits, negotiable certificates of deposit, commercial paper, repurchase agreements, short-term government bonds and other money market instruments;
  • Government bonds, corporate bonds, convertible bonds, housing mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, etc., as well as securities issued by international financial organizations recognized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission;
  • common shares, preferred shares, global depositary receipts and American depositary receipts and real estate trust certificates listed on the securities markets of countries or regions that have signed a bilateral regulatory cooperation memorandum of understanding with the China Securities Regulatory Commission;
  • public funds registered with securities regulators in countries or regions that have signed a memorandum of understanding on bilateral regulatory cooperation with the China Securities Regulatory Commission; Financial derivatives listed and traded on overseas exchanges recognized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission;

The Fund mainly invests in target ETFs (GF Nasdaq 100 Exchange-Traded Open-ended Index Securities Investment Fund), Nasdaq 100 Index constituent stocks in the U.S. securities market, alternative constituent stocks, exchange-traded open-end index funds (ETFs) with the Nasdaq 100 Index as the investment target, new shares (primary market initial issuance or additional issuance), etc.
